Amazing sales experience with Adam Gabriela and Mike Tuzzo I live in NY, and this was my first experience leasing a vehicle from another state, and all I can say is “WOW” – what an experience. I had initially I live in NY, and this was my first experience leasing a vehicle from another state, and all I can say is “WOW” – what an experience. I had initially called about an in-stock 2017 Escalade, as the model year was nearing its end. Adam Gabriela, my salesperson, was more than accommodating over the phone, which is rare when car shopping. I told him I couldn’t get to the dealer in the next few days, but was eager to see the truck. He offered to meet me closer and drive it my way so that I could see it in person without going too far out of my way! I declined, but asked if he could snap a few photos with his cell phone and text them to me – which is kindly did. He even provided a real price quote to me, not just a ballpark as some dealers do. Didn’t pressure me at all. When we were ready to pull the trigger a few days after Christmas, Adam was on vacation. He put me in touch with his manager, Rocky, who promised to honor the deal, and would start prepping the vehicle for me to pick-up later that same day. Again, he didn’t pressure me – and actually didn’t even take a deposit. Rocky was a real stand-up guy. When I drove to the dealer that night to pick up the truck, I brought my wife and two young children. We were met by Adam’s colleague, Mike Tuzzo, who would complete our delivery. Mike Tuzzo was one of the most friendly, amicable guys I’ve ever met at a car dealership. He brought my kids hot chocolate (it was about 14 degrees out that night). He offered me and my wife coffee or water. He showed my kids around the showroom to keep them occupied while I signed papers with the manager. It was amazing. We were truly treated like family! No tricks, no gimmicks, no last-minute upcharges. Everything was just as promised. This is our second Escalade, and our 4th Cadillac in general, but first from Brogan, and likely won’t be our last. I was really blown away by the honesty and hospitality here. I’d give them six stars if I could! More

I wish he would have told me I needed to qualify for some random dealer notification that would have given me $4,000 towards incentives. No way to know if you're on that list before you get there?? Bottom line.... my payments would have went up $75/month. sooooo... I basically wasted an hour of my time. Thanks. Although, the salesman Cliff VanDyke was very nice. More

When I wanted to keep my purchase in the price range I had planned on, he found just the car I wanted in upstate New York and had it driven down to Brogan Cadillac so I could purchase it and drive it home. Alex then guided me through the process of customizing the car and made sure I knew how to make it mine. I already love my bright red ATS and I'm sure as I drive it and experience its comfort and many convenient features, I will love it even more.
