This is our second Honda we bought there. We bought a certified used hrv. The sales person promised the two scratches on the bumper would be touched up. After we purchased he said the person left, and he certified used hrv. The sales person promised the two scratches on the bumper would be touched up. After we purchased he said the person left, and he would call when to bring the car in. After 2 weeks I called and spoke with him. He said he would call back to say when to bring the car in for the touch up. Two months later we are still waiting. We are upset that we were lied to. More

My appointment for the airbag recall was made. One month in advance. I arrived at 8am and sat for 6 hrs before finally being told you didn’t have the part and lt had to be ordered. I found this out only aft in advance. I arrived at 8am and sat for 6 hrs before finally being told you didn’t have the part and lt had to be ordered.
