If I could give you 0 star I would. You provide the worst customer service ever. I will not recommend anyone to go to Bronx honda 1133 zerega Avenue. You care more about money than taking care and maintainin customer service ever. I will not recommend anyone to go to Bronx honda 1133 zerega Avenue. You care more about money than taking care and maintaining a good relationship with your customers. This is a shame, I will not mention the issues I had with This honda dealers just to save Time, as a matter of fact I'm still waiting for them to call me about a car part I paid for 17days ago. U have no idea how angry I am, I'm being barbecued alive by this summer heat, have to drive with my windows down as long as it doesn't rain. It is very hard to get in touch with the service center. The automated machine gives you options on who the phone with which number extension. All the numbers were full except for one person with whom I lef The automated machine gives you options on who the phone with which number extension. All the numbers were full except for one person with whom I left four messages and never received A phone call back. That’s not the way to run an office. When I retrieve my car after the service work I was never given my key clicker and therefore did not know what to do as this is my first non-key car. I went into Bronx Honda and spoke to a very nice representative who told me not to shut the car off as I would not be able to start it again. He instructed me to go back to the service station and get the key clicker for the car which they forgot to give me. I hope my future interactions with the service Will be better More
