I would say, the customer service and management is very poor. I left my car over there for almost a week to change a tire but it never happened. On the day I bring my car back home, I stayed there from 11 poor. I left my car over there for almost a week to change a tire but it never happened. On the day I bring my car back home, I stayed there from 11 am till 5 pm in the evening.(They keep telling me the tire is coming from 11am till 5pm) . At the end the tire never came and they gave me a temporary fit. After that they said they will call me after the tire comes but they send me a message saying I need to reschedule. Meanwhile I was waiting for someone to call and reschedule me for my tire. They sent me a bill in a text message. After that I told them they haven’t fix my tire and I didn’t know what they were talking about and I might have to file a complaint against them. Then,They finally call and they replaced it almost in a time frame of a month. Which is ridiculous and so UNPROFESSIONAL for a company like Honda. Even if we go to regular car service they would change the tire with in 2 days time. I don’t know why it took them almost a month for my Honda. If this location really wants to do great they should have a proper management. This was the most horrible customer service I have ever had in the whole United States. I am taking my time to write this review hopping the customer like me doesn’t have to go through the same situation that I went through. And I Honda will take necessary action in coming days . Very disrespectful, unfriendly, lack of respect and unprofessional. My appointment was a 8:00 am, the last time that my car was touched was at 10:41 am so it was ready but she didn't call me to pick it unprofessional. Victor was my service advisor and he was very generous from the start. My car had a recall and it took a good 6 hours for labor which isn't bad because I understand there was cars before me and I expected from the start.
