Owner’s manual for my car says oil capacity (with new filter) is 3.7q. Receipt shows 5q was used. Dipstick also shows level of oil is well above the maximum line. Overfilling oil is a serious issue. I explained this to the service advisor (Katie) today and she said “no problem” and I should expect a call from the manager which I highly doubt will happen. This is my second oil change from this dealership (whom I bought the car from). I had the same issue (overfilled oil) then and it was not addressed at that time. More
