Quality of work poorly done. Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column a Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column and vehicle keys not properly coded. Technicians need to be retrained and a quality inspection of tech’s work should be performed before car is returned to customer. This service center doesn’t represent Honda’s high reputation. On another note Diana was nice, personable & very helpful in answering customer’s questions. More

I came with check charge system light where my battery sensor was bad. Then they said its better change the wire also because its old. I changed the wire for $ 700+ I thought they changed the big 3. But t sensor was bad. Then they said its better change the wire also because its old. I changed the wire for $ 700+ I thought they changed the big 3. But they are saying they changed 3 inch wire only. I found out the connector is broken, they are saying it’s broken before. If aren’t changing big 3 and the connector why are charging $700 for? Totally rip off. Won’t come again. More
