Traveled all the way out to Brooklyn to get my 2021 Dodge Durango R/T which they said they had on site but didn’t. Finally got the vehicle and traded in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Asked is the minor dama Durango R/T which they said they had on site but didn’t. Finally got the vehicle and traded in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Asked is the minor damages and the tires will be an issue before hand. I was told it wasn’t an issue but a few days ago I received a call from collections about having to pay for all this. Close to $6000 total, I’ve tried calling numerous times but can’t get to speak with anyone and I’ve sent emails and got only one response. This is a huge issue because it’s affecting my credit score. This is a horrible dealership and honestly I’m beginning to think Jeep and dodge are terrible all in all. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. More
I went into This dealership to get my Jeep fixed. Yes they provided me all the information of what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. However, they tried to get me to spend more money. They are horrible their communication service is terrible. They should not even be able to use the phones. They gave me 100 different stories about my vehicle in order for me to spend more money. They are holding my vehicle hostage and will not give it back to me until I comply with their wants. Every time I call them there different ppl return my phone call with different stories. This dealership is horrible don’t go there. The drive to a different dealership is worth it. Trust me!!! Once I get my car back this dealership can burn down cuz they don’t do a good job at all. More
Do not take your vehicle here. Absolutely the rudest customer service. Had an encounter yesterday 10/27/21 with Patrick who works in the service department. This guy think he owns Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge and he can speak to the customers as he see fit. I can bet I'm not the first customer he has done this to and he should not be out front dealing with customers. I was warned about this place but I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and I was wrong. This dealership will never get a dollar from me. More

I much rather walk then buy a vehicle from this establishment. Be prepared to book an appointment that will not be honored in a timely fashion, be prepared to potentially catch COVID ( No one wears establishment. Serious lack of value for the customers time. Remember when purchasing a car it's a partnership. You wouldn't want to become partners with an establishment that just views you as a number and opportunity to take your money. Some of the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. You will not be able to get anyone on the phone besides from a receptionist. They will make promises to call you back and not do it. A sales associate Rick had me purchase car insurance on a car that never left the lot. Had to call the insurance company and cancel. General manager promised to get back to me first thing in the morning and never did. He honestly just didn't care no one did. Had to call for several hours and never got an update. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a different vehicle from them after how unprofessional their team was. What a complete waste of 3 hours of my day and over $20 in gas and tolls. More
