As soon as your car is in for a diagnostic, you're out $400 for 1 hour and diagnostics take longer. I was quoted around $10k in labor that another shop is handling for around $3k including parts. I posted the quote online for others to review + second opinions and everyone told me to bail. I still had to pay $900 for a diagnostic fee just to be able to get my vehicle out. Make of that what you will. Service department is extremely difficult to communicate with. Brought in my vehicle on Sunday and every time I call and ask for some update, I don't receive a call back until I call again. Back and forth lasted until Friday. I took my Jeep here to get new tires,brakes and rotors and the salesman tried to extort me for more money and then when I got curious as to what he was trying to do he stopped. Then when I left my truck was leaking antifreeze and I popped the hood these xxxxxxxxxxx cut the hose on my coolant tank and then when I took it back they wouldn’t even look at the tank they pushed me right out the door. The salesman was Brandon Nandel and I hope they fire him. I don’t recommend people get there vehicles serviced there if you love your vehicle you better think twice or you might end up like me with a vehicle you’re scared to drive now. More
My Jeep suddenly stopped working and got towed to this dealership. Even though they are an authorized jeep dealer they are choosing to refuse service to my car. They claimed that my warranty isn’t relevant to them, even though it covers ALL authorized jeep dealers. Once I spoke to Jeep Customer service they made it clear that they should not be doing this. I would highly recommend not using this dealership. The whole interaction was manipulative, unclear and dishonest. I had a horrible experience with them. I would warn against working with them. More
I am extremely disappointed with Jeep’s handling of my leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rent leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rental vehicle, Jeep has not offered any assistance or solutions for the remaining 60 days. This lack of support has left me without a vehicle, despite leasing a brand-new car. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company of this caliber. Resolving issues like this promptly and fairly should be a priority, yet Jeep has fallen short of meeting those expectations. I hope this review encourages Jeep to address such issues more responsibly in the future and prioritize customer satisfaction. More
