Being someone with less than good credit makes it difficult to walk into a showroom. I've been to Lynnes Nissan, Milham Ford Toyota, Brown Daub Chrysler, Young Volkswagon and met with egotistical good ole boys with their condescending looks. They are the people that make buying a car scary. They are not present at Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai. I've been back for a recall service without an appointment. Cindee had me in and out of there in less than an hour. Frank came over to service to say hi and check on how things were going with the car. I stopped by the dealership to get some information on the Santa Fe, quite honestly, there was no particular reason I picked this dealer, it just happened to be convenient and close to where I was at the the Santa Fe, quite honestly, there was no particular reason I picked this dealer, it just happened to be convenient and close to where I was at the time. Once in the showroom, I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Travis, who took the time to show me the cars I was interested even offering a lesser car as an alternative. He was extremely professional, courteous and helpful answering all my questions. I have been buying cars for some 25 years now and he is without a doubt one of the best overall sales reps I have ever done business with. I am the type of person who buys on relationships and people I feel I can trust and is fair to do business with. The dealership at this point does not seem to have a lot of the glitz and glamour of many of the other dealerships in the area, mainly I believe because of their relatively recent ownership change and it appears they are in the midst of rectifying that. But as I said, I buy from relationships and believe that if the relationships are there then all else will take care of itself over time. I wish Travis and the dealership the best of luck. More

I recently visited the dealership looking for a good used car. I was met by Mark Heim and Eddie Aviles who said they had just gotten in that day a 2013 Hyundai on a trade and from what I had mention to them, car. They wanted to detail it first, so the next day I came back, and met Eddie to test drive the car. I was very pleased with the vehicle on how beautiful it drove and in the appearance. Eddie and I sat down and went over everything in detail from financing to the Great warranties that cover all the Hyundai vehicles. I decided to buy the car and Eddie got all the paperwork done in about an hour and I was on my way. I was totally blown away at the friendliness and thoroughness of this transaction. Donny is the best, he was spontaneous, flexible, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. We had priced another dealer in Allentown and Quackertown, but yours was the best. All the sales people looked great in the matching shirts, the dealership was clean and attractive. The service waiting area was nice, with the Kurig machine and bagels. I might also add that Ken jumped right in there to help Donny as he was out road testing when we arrived early on Saturday before our appointment. He helped with the paperwork and kept us informed as we waited to leave with our car. My Mom lives in Bethlehem, but will come back here for her service and anything else she might need. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for being so so nice, especially Donny. More
