After being forced into a need to purchase a car I stopped at the Phillipsburg-Easton Hyundai dealer after briefly researching cars online. He was immediately attentive, responsive and not pushy, which was exactly what I needed. I did not want to part ways with my current vehicle and he was very understanding of the circumstances. Within ten minutes of meeting Frank, he had my wife and me off for a test drive...w/o him (again, exactly what I needed). He and management worked quickly and were accommodating and friendly. I am still missing my old vehicle, but after a very pleasant commute this morning, I feel that my attitude may adjust quickly and my new Elantra will fill the void nicely. More

Frank is awesome! He greeted me with a smile and firm handshake as soon as I stepped out of my car. He was and still is very easy to talk to and incredibly helpful. (So, he was right on track) Nick in Finance was very pleasant and accommodating as well. Both gentlemen were upfront and honest with me (which is hard to find these days) when applying for a car loan and if I had a question or didn't understand they would explain it in more detail, for that I am grateful. My credit is not the best (but not the worst either) but they found me the financing I needed with a very reasonable interest rate and with a low down payment. The service department was great too! Overall, I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service at this dealership and would recommend not only the dealership, but the two gentlemen who assisted me, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Eddie Aviles one of the Sales Associates, was patient and willing to make sure that I was happy with whatever choice I made. Continued looking on the lot and there was my answer, a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited. It was everything I silently wished for and so much more. Eddie made this experience a definite success. He was straight forward and to the point, which is not very common these days. I have purchased vehicles in the past from all types of dealers, all way up to Mercedes Benz from Ray Catena of Union, NJ. We saw that they had a certified pre-owned 2011 Honda Accord on the lot. The car was ready to be picked up on the date and time agreed to and was cleaned up and detailed nicely. As far as I am concerned, I walked away with just that. Travis Ketchen was my sales person and he was fabulous! He spent hours with me and my sister and we ended up test driving about five vehicles. No other dealership provided me with the same high-quality service (and I went to A LOT of dealerships)! He was professional, honest, funny, and very friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and would do it all over again because it was such a pleasant experience. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus for a reasonable price and could not be happier with the vehicle. Definitely consider at least stopping by Phillipsburg-Easton Hyundai when on the hunt for your next car.
