I recently visited the dealership looking for a good used car. I was met by Mark Heim and Eddie Aviles who said they had just gotten in that day a 2013 Hyundai on a trade and from what I had mention to them, car. They wanted to detail it first, so the next day I came back, and met Eddie to test drive the car. I was very pleased with the vehicle on how beautiful it drove and in the appearance. Eddie and I sat down and went over everything in detail from financing to the Great warranties that cover all the Hyundai vehicles. I decided to buy the car and Eddie got all the paperwork done in about an hour and I was on my way. I can't thank Eddie enough for all he did for me and the very friendly atmosphere the dealership has. I met mostly all the salesmen that day,while I was waiting, and they were truely all very nice. I was totally blown away at the friendliness and thoroughness of this transaction. Donny is the best, he was spontaneous, flexible, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. We had priced another dealer in Allentown and Quackertown, but yours was the best. All the sales people looked great in the matching shirts, the dealership was clean and attractive. The service waiting area was nice, with the Kurig machine and bagels. I might also add that Ken jumped right in there to help Donny as he was out road testing when we arrived early on Saturday before our appointment. He helped with the paperwork and kept us informed as we waited to leave with our car. My Mom lives in Bethlehem, but will come back here for her service and anything else she might need. We saw the ad for a Saturn Vue, with a standard transmission on the internet. It appeared to be well priced since the previous Vue we had looked at (at another dealership) in that price and mileag transmission on the internet. Went into the Dealership on a Friday night just checking what was out there to replace my car. Walked into the dealership and the first person to greet me was Frank.
