We saw the ad for a Saturn Vue, with a standard transmission on the internet. It appeared to be well priced since the previous Vue we had looked at (at another dealership) in that price and mileag transmission on the internet. Went into the Dealership on a Friday night just checking what was out there to replace my car. Walked into the dealership and the first person to greet me was Frank. He found me the perfect car and he and the rest of the staff stayed late just so I could leave with the car that night. Went back the next day to have the car detailed and Frank was waiting to take it right in to be cleaned. He was immediately attentive, responsive and not pushy, which was exactly what I needed. I did not want to part ways with my current vehicle and he was very understanding of the circumstances. Within ten minutes of meeting Frank, he had my wife and me off for a test drive...w/o him (again, exactly what I needed). He and management worked quickly and were accommodating and friendly.
