Delays are not communicated. I was told my car would be ready in a few hours, but it required an extra day of work. No one called to tell us this. We called an hour before the sh I was told my car would be ready in a few hours, but it required an extra day of work. No one called to tell us this. We called an hour before the shop closed to see if we could pick up our car, only to find out repairs would be another day. Issues or updates on cars are not well documented. When I have called to get an update, there are limited or no notes on previous visits, and the representative has to track down people to get any information on my car. More

The service department sucks. They did a terrible job on an oil change. Took our vehicle to Brown Daub Kia for inspection and oil change. It did need brakes but they were very professional wait time was minimal and the bill was reasonable!!! Their service manager stays in commu change. It did need brakes but they were very professional wait time was minimal and the bill was reasonable!!! Their service manager stays in communication with customers while going to the shop to check on progress of their vehicle!!! They care about good customer service which is not easy to find in today’s world !!!
