Stay away After two months, Brown Daub never paid my trade in off. They damaged my credit by 20 points, I assumed they paid it off and never checked. I recently was unable to secure a new loan, that is how I found out. I was promised a check number and tracking number today and still nothing. I called over eight times within three days before this dealership called me back. They also damaged my dash on my new Rouge I purchased from them durring detailing - they refuse to fix it. Please steer clear of this company. This is not a small mistake, it is gross misconduct and illegal. And the fact they failed to forward me the tracking number and check number today proves they are dishonest, and this was no mistake. More
