Horrible Experience I decided to contact this dealership because of their advertising and their mission statement. A Woman by the name of Stacy reached out to me and I ma I decided to contact this dealership because of their advertising and their mission statement. A Woman by the name of Stacy reached out to me and I made sure that I was very clear and very honest about my situation with my trade in my credit score where I wanted my payments to be and that I had no money down. Stacy reassured me that none of that was an issue and that you would be able to get me into a vehicle with no problem. We emailed back and forth for several days because I wanted to make sure that I didn't go in there to waste their time or my time. however when I got to the dealership everything that was discussed was not honored. And the financial manager was not even interested in the email communication that I saved between myself and their rep Staci. I made it very clear that I had truth of our communication back and forth, and I even made it very clear that I had just spoken to her on the phone 20 minutes before I arrive to make sure that I wasn't going to waste my time. And she assured me to come in that she was able to get me into a vehicle. But it did not happen and I ended up frustrated and wasted my entire day for no reason. More
