I came in for an oil charge, walked out with a new car! I had been considering a new lease for a few months as the date to turn in my old car approached. I needed an oil change and BB Nissan had a sale. S I had been considering a new lease for a few months as the date to turn in my old car approached. I needed an oil change and BB Nissan had a sale. So, I went in and figured, "I'm here, let me check out the new stock, but I ain't buying today!" Then I met Declan! He could not have been more accommodating, informative and friendly. There was absolutely NO high-pressure tactics. For me, a root canal is preferable to going to a deanship for a new car, but that was not my experience with Declan or BB Nisan. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford, he put together a few options for me. I said, "I'll sleep on it." Decan said "fine, no problem." By the time I got down to the service area to get my old car, I changed my mind, went back up to the showroom and signed the papers. He even picked up the cost of the oil change! I have no problem recommending Declan, all the other sales people who helped me, like Jorge Campozano, and BB Nissan. as a first-rate dealership. Thank you all for putting me in a brand new 2018 Rouge for less than I was paying for my old one. More
