MY CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE AT BRUCE BENNETT NISSAN I recently purchased a car from Bruce Bennett Nissan. Initially, there was some confusion because the car I had an appointment to see, had been loane I recently purchased a car from Bruce Bennett Nissan. Initially, there was some confusion because the car I had an appointment to see, had been loaned out and wouldn’t be back on the lot for 2 days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. That’s when their service team kicked it into high gear and showed why they are such a good dealership. It all started when they assigned a sales person to help me. When she learned that the car I came to see was not on the lot, she immediately got the sales manager involved who checked inventory and told me that they had a couple of other cars of that model and year on the lot. I told him that I would look at these cars under two conditions, one—it will not have any mileage higher than the car I had originally come to see and two – it would not be any higher in price. He agreed to those terms and I wound up test driving and purchasing a car that day. Not only was the car just what I was looking for, but they kept their word and gave it to me for the original price I was looking for even though this car was higher priced and had less mileage. I’d say that was going the extra mile to please a customer. Everyone I dealt with in this transaction treated me with courtesy and professionalism. They have a good team there and I’d like to say a special thank you to Priscilla Urena, the salesperson who helped me with this purchase. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with the Nissan products I’ve purchased over the years plus very happy to have dealt with Bruce Bennett Nissan and its staff. Ed H. More

Excellent sales experience I needed to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I called Mark and he took care of everything for me. He turned a very stressful time into a very easy experience. Since I was replacing a new Nissan I purchased in August, he knew what I wanted and was able to find a vehicle that was perfect for me. He took care of the registration and insurance so all had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. I had a vacation planned and he had everything ready for me when I returned. While at the dealership everyone from the front desk, to the finance people were very friendly and attentive to my needs.
