I worked with Mark at the dealership and he was exceptional in every way. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to bring us out and to see all the different Rogue's and explained all their features. He then worked with us to find the one I wanted at a great price. Mark went above and beyond by arranging the whole buying process for us, including calling my insurance company and picking me up at another location after I dropped off my car. It only took 24 hours from the time we got to the dealership to the time I was driving out in my new Rogue! Amy is the reason I went to Bruce Bennett. Mark is the reason I bought my car there. They were both friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and exceptional at their jobs. They also care about their customers and take the time to help them in any way possible. After seeing the high ratings for Bruce Bennett Nissan I called and spoke with Aime. Aime provided me with prices over the phone for a new lease. She was extremely professional, and very helpful. My usual experience with a dealership consists of Haggling, and bad attitude. However Aime beat the prices in my area right from the start so there was no need to haggle. When I drove to the dealership I was greeted with a smile from Amie, and she got right to work to ensure my needs were being met. I chose the exact car I wanted as soon as I got there. They immediately got to work starting all my paper work and getting my car ready. Another salesman Brian helped with the paperwork process, and provided a lot of insightful knowledge on both Nissan, and my new car. He payed close attention to make sure everything I needed got taken care of. Honestly the entire experience made me feel like I was apart of the Bruce Bennett Nissan family even though it was my first time through their doors. I met Marvin, who showed me the Sentra on sale, but I had no time to stay and find out the details. Marvin phoned me after researching the information and made sure that the car would be available when I returned. Good thing, because it absolutely would have been snatched up. What a great deal I got thanks to Marvin. A new car for lower than I was willing to pay for a used car! He was all over the deal, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Worth the ride from anywhere I live 65 miles from this dealership. They had a car that I was interested in so I made the ride down and I was not disappointed. They are not pushy and answer every question that you have. Their pricing is fair and their priority is for you to buy the car you want and take it home with you. They go all out to make it happen. Their new finance employee is also a sharp and honest guy. Matt was my salesman and he is honest and helpful. He cares that his customers are happy with their purchase and he makes you his first priority and not his sales goals. Due to the distance, they asked that I put a small deposit on the car so they could insure it would still be available when I arrived. Of course I was skeptical but in fact someone actually came in to buy the car while I was en-route and was told it was under contract. The whole experience just felt right.
