They were so patient when I asked three times what a certain button was for! Christina was amazing when there was a slight snag in getting the vehicle that I wanted. She called/emailed several times to keep me posted on the progress and what she was doing to fix the issue and "make it happen". Jason made closing of the deal easy and fast. Moe stayed after hours to demonstrate all the buttons on the car once again. He really wanted me to be comfortable before I left the dealership. Now that's customer care! When a customer signs their paperwork for a new car, their relationship with the team at Bruce Bennett has only just started. My experience with the team highlights this point. I was devestated when I came out of work on a Monday afternoon to find my car had been scratched up pretty badly. Someone wearing a toolbelt had decided to try and squeeze by my car and the wall I parked next to; making their way across the lot. After a quick call to Declan, he set me up with the Service Center who quickly buffed out the scratches completely.
