Before you take a trip there to check out a used car from their website, beware of their misleading internet used car prices. It is a nice looking place with nice staff so I was surprised with what I feel is their website, beware of their misleading internet used car prices. It is a nice looking place with nice staff so I was surprised with what I feel is low class used car salesperson tactics. Traveled there 45 minutes to look at used Maxima listed for $21,599 on their website. Test drove and asked for their best number. Figured maybe pay $21,000 plus tax and tags so total maybe $23,300 out the door if they come down a bit. Instead they give me a price of closer to $27,600 with recondition fee, VIN etching fee, extended warranty, and a bunch of other fees and costs. Nice people overall but bush league way to sell a used car as far as I'm concerned. I expressed my dissatisfaction that they don't disclose these additional fees and they told me that once you click on "lock the price" on their website there is a notice detailing these additional fees. A fine print thing I guess. I would expect this type of nonsense from a used car guy in Brooklyn or Long Island City, but not a Nissan dealer in Wilton CT. Have not bought a used car in many many years so maybe this is the way its done vs. purchasing a new car....but just leaves a bad taste. More
