All paperwork was complete when I arrived and the Jeep was gassed up and ready to test drive. The dealership’s owner was on hand to help with all my questions and wish me safe travels on the way back home. This couldn’t have been a better experience! Thank you Brunswick Auto!! More
VERY disappointed in Service Had an appointment at 9:45 for recall of air bags and also a concern about squeal in brakes. Was told that the air bag issue would take less that 2 hours. We did not leave the service department until 2:10pm!!! Does it take 2 hours to lubricate brake pad slides? I went to service desk at 12:00 (noon) to inquire how things were coming along. Our service advisor was not at his desk, so asked another advisor. Then out of no where our advisor showed up letting us know about the lubrication process. In the past we have had GREAT service at this dealership, having the advisor come to the waiting area and keeping us updated. Not this time. Bailey VanNiel never gave us updates on the work progress. Highly disappointed. Not the way I wanted to spend 4 1/2 hours of my day. Have worked with Jonathan Lapka in the past and he is WONDERFUL! I have called the Service Manager several times and finally left a message. I missed his call back and called him again immediately after his call. Left a message and as of yet have not heard from him. More

I went to another dealership and dealt with the high pressure salesman which was a complete turn off. Within moments of meeting Kevin at the VW dealership I immediately felt at ease. He was knowledgeable, funny and truly cared about what I needed in a vehicle. He actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. Since purchasing my car, I have been back to the dealership twice for service (tire rotation and oil change). During both appointments the service staff was friendly and I have been in and out quickly. I have even stopped in a few times for the free car washes. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a VW and don't forget to ask for Kevin. I cannot say enough great things about him. More
Quick I came in knowing what I wanted. And they didn’t steer me into a different or more expensive vehicle to buy. Salesman knew his vehicles... finance per I came in knowing what I wanted. some redeeming qualities and some very typical service This review should be three stars. But they really helped me out a bit in the end so I bumped it up. Let me start at the beginning. I made an appoi This review should be three stars. But they really helped me out a bit in the end so I bumped it up. Let me start at the beginning. I made an appointment to bring my car in for its next service. I knew it was due. I knew I probably needed brake pads I knew my car was near 90,000 so I knew it could be pricey. I was ready. The lady who set the appointment was nice and fast. A+ there On the day I came in the service adviser checked my car in and said there was a recall for the valve springs. Fine. He explained it is a lengthy process so they would give me a loaner. Also fine. Brand new 2019 impreza hatch. He said that I probably would not hear anything till next week about my car. This appointment was on a Wednesday. The whole process in and out with the loaner took 5 minutes. So cool. A+ Monday roles around I get a call from my service adviser. Yes I needed brake pads. Fine I told him to replace them. Great. I asked him if he had an estimate of when my car might be done so I can plan ahead. He said maybe tomm or wednesday. Fine. Tuesday rolls around and I decide to call to check up. My service adviser is with another customer but relays a message through the person I was talking to that he would give me a call around 4pm that day to give me an update. Cool. 4pm roles around. No call. Okay fine. People do get busy. Service closed at 6 that day so no call at all the rest of the day. Wednesday roles around. I call. My service adviser has a day off I am told and have to briefly explain whats going on and that I am calling because I was told it would likely be ready today. He has to go check with the tech working on my car. 5 minutes later . I hear it will be ready after 5pm today This is one area they just lost a star in. Communication is key. We all get busy and we all get days off. We love our days off. But please communicate with the people working that next day. My service tech should have had some sort of a note that said hey I was supposed to give this customer a call back about his car. Never got a chance to. Please call him sometime Wednesday Morning to update him thank you. Now its clear to me that their system is set up as such that whoever takes your car in is the adviser in charge of communicating with you from that point on. I do not know why? Maybe they run on commission maybe its a quota I dont know. But regardless you must communicate. The longer someone is on a phone the less likely they are to be happy. You want someone on and off that phone as fast as possible. Its frustrating to have to reexplain yourself every single time you call in. so I did finally get my car On my way home I realized that I left my garage door opener in the loaner. I called and since they were closing told them I would come back and get it the next day. When I got home I realized my drivers window no longer auto rolled down when I double tapped the button. lost star two So when I called that next morning to let them know I was on my way to get the remote I told them about the window and they said come in. Before I left I looked up why that would happen to a drivers window. Turns out when electrical is disconnected I.E. what happens when an engine is removed to work, on buttons like that window button loose their programming. I looked up how to fix it and it was a simple as programming a universal remote. I fixed it myself. But something so simple like this should not be missed. Some people my not have googled it like me. A star was added because they kept my garage door opener for me. More

Poor Battery I have had to have my vehicle jumped twice in the last 6 months because of the acid erosion around the battery cable. I drove down there yesterday af I have had to have my vehicle jumped twice in the last 6 months because of the acid erosion around the battery cable. I drove down there yesterday after AAA got me started. Service agent simply said the battery was fine according to Subaru, since I drove the vehicle it was recharged. He continued to tell me I should at least clean my battery once a year as he does, mind you this happened within 6 months of each occasion on a 2 year old vehicle. Then he continued to tell me to have AAA tow the vehicle next time it happens so Subaru can see the battery in default. So after 1 1/2 hours of waiting I get this explanation with no remorse of how long it took them. They guaranteed I would be out within an hour. He did offer a replacement battery at $149.99. I asked him what happens if I am stranded, he simply explained call AAA. Performance comes from the top Management down. They need some work. More
