since my last review, I have contacted Dodge, Chrysler, the BBB and the Attorney General about this dealership. After the dealership heard from Chrysler, they called us to offer us the car at $16 more a mo the BBB and the Attorney General about this dealership. After the dealership heard from Chrysler, they called us to offer us the car at $16 more a month than we had originally agreed upon which was $355 a month for a 39 month lease. How is it that 2 days prior when we went to the finance office to get a loan for the car, we werent close to be qualified to get a 39 month lease at $355 a month, but WERE qualified for a 84 month buy loan at $387 a month and two days later, miraculously we are qualified for a lease amount $16 more than our original agreement?? Mind you, this was the same bank our last loan was thru, and we never once were late on a payment. When we went to a different dealership, we were qualified for a car worth more than the dodge we wanted from brunswick, at a lower payment than brunswick originally agreed on with us. We had written a check to brunswick auto mart for $1000 as a down payment before they had pulled the fast one on us. They are bow refusing to return our check until we resolve the complaint with the BBB. The complaint is that they wont return the check...so what other way could it possibly be resolved unless the return it? Mind you...they told us they would mail it back to us. My husband spoke with the Salesman who said he would meet him on Wednesday in Parma to exchange our check for the Brunswick receipt. The salesman never called, and when he called the next day he said that his boss told him he cant give us back the check until the issue is resolved with BBB. Basically, they dont want another claim against them and are holding our check hostage until we back down...which we wont. In the past 3 years, Brunswick Auto Mart has had 17 complaints against them with the BBB. And thats just the people who took the time to contact the BBB. As you can see from the reviews on dealerrater.com....more than 17 people are upset with this horrible dealership. More
After leaving Cleveland Clinic we hit one of the famous potholes on Carnegie, the first rest area we stopped and after looking at the tires, there was a huge bubble about to burst on the sidewall of the ti potholes on Carnegie, the first rest area we stopped and after looking at the tires, there was a huge bubble about to burst on the sidewall of the tire, luckily Brunswick was just 2 miles away. It was very cold, and being handicapped and gone through a bunch of testing, I was not feeling good at all. We got to the dealership and they immediately got us in, and provide a private room for my tube feedings and medications. They were very considerate and friendly, all that helped. It is those kind of small things I would go back, and recommend this dealership. They even allowed my wife to go back into the service dept. and photograph the tire for submitting our bill to the City of Cleveland for reimbursement. More

I would not recommend this dealership. Lance Churchman was very dishonest in his dealings with my wife and I and his GM apparently backs this behavior up. was very dishonest in his dealings with my wife and I and his GM apparently backs this behavior up. More
I have purchased a Toyota Highlander and referred several friends who all made the deal with Rich and Brian. They are the best and offer the best price as they can beat any price. I got the best quotes for t friends who all made the deal with Rich and Brian. They are the best and offer the best price as they can beat any price. I got the best quotes for them to work out and they have always beaten them and provided prompt delivery of the vehicle without any issue. Even though I moved out of this area I would still prefer going to them and purchasing my vehicle. They are very pleasant and friendly to work with. best of Luck for future sales. More
It was a very pleasant buying experience! I e-mailed my Lease Proposal for 2013 Subaru Legacy to Karen Burval. She called me shortly after, agreed with price I offered, and scheduled the appointment. Duri Lease Proposal for 2013 Subaru Legacy to Karen Burval. She called me shortly after, agreed with price I offered, and scheduled the appointment. During drive test my wife realized that interior color was too dark so she wanted different color with brighter interior. Karen found a nice Satin Pearl White w/Light Grey interior for us. It was same model with all the options we needed at no extra cost (some dealers charge extra $250 for white color). Karen was very knowledgeable and professional sales person! She did everything possible to keep us as customers for years ahead! Absolutely no pressure selling! She spent plenty of time to explain all the features of our new vehicle, paired Bluetooth, and answered all our questions. It wasn't just about a sale! It was making sure we were happy, satisfied, and would be customers again. Andrew More
Called dealer to see if they had the model year of the van we wanted (many dealers were sold out). They said yes,but all I saw online was black. I'd prefer any color besides white or black. I was asked van we wanted (many dealers were sold out). They said yes,but all I saw online was black. I'd prefer any color besides white or black. I was asked to give him the morning and he'd see what he could do. He called back and informed me that they found one and cold get it by 2pm. We showed up bought the van hassle free and have been happy since. Our only regret is we no longer lived close enough to use their service dept., we moved an hour away. I drove by 3 other Chrysler dealerships to get to Brunswick that day. The others wanted full MSRP since they only had 1 or two left. I have since referred others for Jeep's, Toyota's and Chrysler's all ended up buying at Brunswick and ALL have left happy about price and service More

We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. Unfortunately this was done remotely. We were VERY specific about what we were looking for (both for the T&C van and the Patriot Jeep), including model, engine (du this was done remotely. We were VERY specific about what we were looking for (both for the T&C van and the Patriot Jeep), including model, engine (due to the amount of miles my wife drives the van and that I wanted a standard Jeep), accessories, etc. - the only thing we weren't too concerned about was color. Karen claimed she found the vehicles, though would have to do the Jeep's heated leather seats "after-market". We had to put a $1000 deposit on each vehicle for them to get them and begin the work on the Jeep. They made arrangements to bring us the van (Jeep would take longer as the seats had to be done) which was great given it was a 2.5 hour drive. However, NONE of the documentation or pieces/parts were in the van (e.g. documentation on what was in the van, headsets for DVD, etc.). We had to make arrangements for them to be ready the following weekend when we were to pick up the jeep. On the way to pick up the jeep I asked my wife about the gas mileage and it was all wrong. We questioned this when we got to the dealership and found that they had given us a van with the wrong engine. We went round and round (even debating on walking out on the jeep and fighting for our deposit back) but they claimed they were going to get us coupons for multiple years worth of vehicle service for both vehicles as compensation. We went ahead and proceeded. Those coupons have never materialized. We have contacted the salesperson, who again promised but neglected to get them for us; the sales manager, who neglected to do anything about the issue; Chrysler's regional VP, who was very understanding and apologetic but said they couldn't control what the dealership did and they would have to be the ones to fix it; and left messages for an owner at Brunswick but received no callback. The only person who called back was one of their managers (after Chrysler called them) and he basically said "you're just a disgruntle customer and there's nothing we can do". As of today, many months later, I have received absolutely NOTHING from them (except sales letters asking for more business). They not only delivered an incorrect vehicle, but did it in such a way that we couldn't verify the vehicle before taking possession (no sticker or vehicle inventory). Additionally they failed to follow through on subsequent promises. It was simply delaying lie after delaying lie throughout the process. I would never recommend this dealership and have told MANY friends/family about this incident so they can take their business elsewhere. It is disappointing when a company has to deceive customers and then not follow-through with their own remedies when caught. More
