Worst experience! We found a vehicle online we liked. Test drove it. We went back to talk about the price that was advertised. They would not give us an out-the-door price. Sent us to the finance department, who was rude and very unfriendly and gave us a ridiculously high interest rate despite an A+ rating. They miscalculated payments and fees, and the salespersons became agitated when we opted out of their 'fixed' fees that are optional. Then, when we offered the vehicle's asking price and were willing to pay in full, with no financing, the salesperson changed his tune and said he couldn't give us that price unless we financed through them because the advertised price included incentives - what a racket! We spent almost 4 hours there, and no one ever mentioned that the price listed would be different if we didn't get financing from them! We walked out. What a horrible place to do business. The salesperson lacked math skills and knowledge about what he was attempting to sell. It was not our first atrocious experience here, but we opted to give them a second chance. Never again! More
I just bought a high-spec Lucid from Brustolon and couldn't imagine a better buying experience. My sales rep, Arvy Samis, was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very fair. He went out of his way to learn about the Lucid so he could demo the features, then worked with me to make the sale happen efficiently. I recommend him highly to any potential car buyers The business office experience was great as well, taking less than 5 minutes to complete the transaction. That has a to be close to a record. Brustolon is a great place to buy late model used cars at very attractive prices. They specialize in these cars and have a with no attempts to load me up with unneeded extras. The whole experience convinced me I should go back to them the next time I am in the market. I live 175 miles from their showroom, but I know it will be worth the drive More

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my lifetime!!!! I highly advice to stay clear of this dealership! I work in sales, and I have never seen such awful customer service. The vehicle I purchased 2.5 weeks ago is still not ready and I have been without a car! They did not give me a rental and I have been shuffling around my extended family's vehicles in order to be able to simply pick up my son from preschool, plus have missed out a number of work opportunities because of this inconvenience. I have left multiple voicemails for the sales manager, because he does not pick up his phone, but he never calls back. My husband and I have received different stories from different salesmen about what is going on with the vehicle over the 2.5 weeks we've been waiting for it. The first story was that a sensor light was on in my 2020 Lincoln with 30k miles on it, then they couldn't override it, so they had to send it to a local Lincoln dealership, then the Lincoln dealership isn't servicing it in a timely manner, then they need to order a new part, then they the part is taking too long to come in, then the part didn't fix the sensor, but did it?, now they need the Lincoln dealership to install it, the Lincoln dealership isn't providing them with answers - it has been a circus act. I have asked to be compensated for the inconveniences they have caused me, they said there's nothing they can do. We paid full price for the vehicle and never even haggled them on the price whatsoever! Not to mention, the purchasing process was so disorganized and dysfunctional. We set an appointment up with someone for a Monday at 4 p.m., the salesman we set it up with wasn't there and no one knew of the appointment, they would not negotiate or provide any incentives on the purchase, so we agreed to pay full price. We also had already sold my previous vehicle and had a check for them right there and then. They only had one finance person working, who seemed to not know what he was doing, because we did not leave until 8 p.m. They actually locked the doors and closed the place up with my husband pacing around inside waiting for answers. My two toddlers, and I were left starving, waiting for hours, in my husband's truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go elsewhere! They clearly throw vehicles on the sales floor that need servicing, if that is even true, and provide atrocious customer service. The most careless, disrespectful, mismanaged car dealership I have ever come across! More
