Called for service appointment, cause I did buy a warranty, told me they have staffing issues had to wait 2 weeks. So I wait 2 weeks drop off the truck for the appointment they call say they still have issues couldn’t do it! 7 days later I am still stuck with no transportation or expectation of when I will have my vehicle repaired. The truck still sitting where I parked it! No repairs, no call, no offer of loaner. Now I’m finding out this isn’t a rare occurrence at Brustolon guess their idea of customer service is very much different than most! In 50 years of doing business with dealerships I have never been treat so poorly! If and when I ever do get my truck back it will never see the inside of that place again. I’m sure there are many other establishments that would love to have my business and treat me with at least a little respect! If your looking to buy this is not the place to spend your hard earned money! More
Tried to trade in a car: (Cobra), on a Mustang but was put through a run-a-round with pictures that they wanted only to find out that the person I was communicating with didn't know what a Cora was. Amazing experience, I called after hours to get some information on a suv they had for sale (not thinking anyone would answer) but low and behold the owner answered stating they did have the car availab information on a suv they had for sale (not thinking anyone would answer) but low and behold the owner answered stating they did have the car available ( the only person to answer after I called 9 dealerships). We drove from ma first thing in the am and ended up working with Richard who was also the nicest person who took great care of us and was such a pleasure to work with ! everyone at this dealership was so pleasant and easy to talk to they quickly got us in our new truck and even ended up buying our other suv off us with no hassles! I can not say enough about this car buying experience we have bought many cars and this was by far the easiest, fairly priced, and most friendly staff we have ever worked with! More

The dealership has given me awful service In fact I think I was deliberately deceived. I paid for my vehicle 9 days ago and left my trade there. The dealership made clear and definitive promises to me about getting my vehicle registered in Massachusetts in “one day no problem. That they do it all the time. In fact they said they did a car the day I bought mine”. Money changed hands and now I get a totally different story. it’s out of our control because of Covid things are all backed up. We can’t do anything. One day Mass is no problem and we have it under control? The next it’s a crisis. Very unprofessional. Expectations were clearly set and promises made. I still haven’t heard from anyone at dealership other than salesman who gives half answers. I have a borrowed car and they act like they’ve done nothing wrong. No help, no info, no concessions. Just “hey it’s not our fault.” They’re supposedly professionals claimed to know the system and have it all under for control. Now act like they’re victims. More

brake lines Brakes went on truck in New London 7/7/717 seeing Brustelon replaced front and back breaks within the year took truck to them Fri afternoon 7/7/17 the Brakes went on truck in New London 7/7/717 seeing Brustelon replaced front and back breaks within the year took truck to them Fri afternoon 7/7/17 they couldn't look at it till at least mon which that was ok so they called mon said break lines need to be replace truck is 2006 original lines we gave consent to do work Kevin stated would be done Wed the latest so we don't call Tuesday to ask when truck will be done exceptable then wed rolled around end of day no call nothing we call waiting on parts tomorrow will be done Thur same no call end of business day call them someone called out couldn't get to our truck. definitely done FRi morning waited till 10 or so on fri morning drove there go inside almost done so husband waits in waiting room maybe 15-20 min we decide to drive around the building to look and see if anyone even working on his truck nope tires off on lift no one near truck. so call GM corporate tell them everything ending complaint with if we didn't have truck back that day Friday 7/14/17 end of day they could put tires back on push outside and we would have tow truck pick up sat. we received first phone call from them since mon 7/10/17 they called at 3-330 , 7/14/17 saying truck ready we could pick up enough said More
