Not happy with Rep. HENRY Sales Rep Henry was not forthcoming with information. I had to come back 4 times because he did not explain things. I had to bring my mother and my Sales Rep Henry was not forthcoming with information. I had to come back 4 times because he did not explain things. I had to bring my mother and my nana because he avoided and brushed me off when I had questions. I had to buy gas because the car was handed over with less than a 1/4 tank, I had to call about oil change reading 15 percent. I was told this should have been done BEFORE giving me the car. My gram felt he talked too much about personal stuff and condensending when she asked questions regarding car. More
