Perfect! On time, routine service at no charge. I made my appointment online but also dropped off my car the night before with additional items on the night drop envelope. Service writer Brandi called me in the morning letting me know she had seen the additional instructions and would take care of it. Called about noon to say vehicle was ready. My wife was out so I had no way to get to dealer to pickup. They send a shuttle car within 10 minutes to pick me up. Mean time I paid for service in response to text on my phone so no waiting when I arrived for pick up. More

Appreciative I had my splash guard on my 2017 Fit loosen, drop and drag on a trip. When I brought it in, the splash guard was ruined.
