No I would not recommend them and no they were not awesome!! The worst car buying experience I believe I ever had. They made me purchase a new car to get out of the used one I didn’t want. Frustrating We called twice to schedule this appointment. On both occasions, we informed them that a receiver for the seatbelt was not working and it sounded as We called twice to schedule this appointment. On both occasions, we informed them that a receiver for the seatbelt was not working and it sounded as if something were broken inside. They looked at the vehicle on Monday, July 30th and there was a part that was broken. Unfortunately, this part is not kept in stock and it had to be ordered. As of today, Wednesday, August 1st, the part is not in and it is not expected until late tomorrow afternoon. We cannot make a follow up appointment until the part has arrived. The seatbelt is a vital part of the car. In my opinion and under North Carolina law, it is necessary to wear it in order to save lives. I do not know why this part is not kept in stock. The receiver that is broken is in the back seat which is where my child sits. This is totally unacceptable. This has made my car unusable during this down time as far as I am concerned. What if this were the receiver for the driver's seatbelt. With something as crucial as this, this should either be fixed on the spot or a part should be immediately available (next day at the latest). I am highly disappointed and this will effect where I get my next car. More

oil change and tire rotation I called on Saturday at or around 1:40. They told me they are busy but would try to fit me in. I got there at 2:20 to drop off car.
