Poor all around The service department not only sensationalized a potential problem with my vehicle, they also took twice as long as needed to fix the reason I brough The service department not only sensationalized a potential problem with my vehicle, they also took twice as long as needed to fix the reason I brought it in. Communication from my service representative was severely lacking as I only received updates after hunting him down and asking questions, to include after my vehicle’s repair went past the estimated time. I’ve also been contacted by the dealership at least three separate times all asking me to give my review, as though none of the review requests are cross referenced. I genuinely despise being constantly hounded for reviews. I will not ever bring any vehicle here again and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. More
