Body and paint repair went great Had an accident on the expressway coming back from Tennessee where some debris came off a truck that didn't secure its haul and it struck the front pa Had an accident on the expressway coming back from Tennessee where some debris came off a truck that didn't secure its haul and it struck the front passenger side of my SUV, blew the tire and scraped up the paint real bad, and broke off my side mirror. Went with Bryan Honda's body shop since they partnered with my insurance so it worked out. Everyone I talked to was super nice and professional and they were upfront with their estimated cost and the amount of time it would take to repair my car. They took pictures, came up with a plan to repair it and explained to me what needed to be done, and were overall very pleasant to work with. They finished the repairs right on time and got my car looking great again, everything works great and looks great, the paint looks smooth, you can't tell anything even happened to my car to begin with. Overall had a great experience that made up for the bad accident. Thanks a lot More

No I would not recommend them and no they were not awesome!! The worst car buying experience I believe I ever had. They made me purchase a new car to get out of the used one I didn’t want. Frustrating We called twice to schedule this appointment. On both occasions, we informed them that a receiver for the seatbelt was not working and it sounded as We called twice to schedule this appointment. On both occasions, we informed them that a receiver for the seatbelt was not working and it sounded as if something were broken inside. They looked at the vehicle on Monday, July 30th and there was a part that was broken. Unfortunately, this part is not kept in stock and it had to be ordered. As of today, Wednesday, August 1st, the part is not in and it is not expected until late tomorrow afternoon. We cannot make a follow up appointment until the part has arrived. The seatbelt is a vital part of the car. In my opinion and under North Carolina law, it is necessary to wear it in order to save lives. I do not know why this part is not kept in stock. The receiver that is broken is in the back seat which is where my child sits. This is totally unacceptable. This has made my car unusable during this down time as far as I am concerned. What if this were the receiver for the driver's seatbelt. With something as crucial as this, this should either be fixed on the spot or a part should be immediately available (next day at the latest). I am highly disappointed and this will effect where I get my next car. More
