This was our first time in 10 years buying a new car and I really hate the car buying process. We went to several dealerships and some were pleasant experiences and some not so pleasant. We had created a list of three possible vehicles. But once we got to Bryan Honda we literally threw that list out the window. Our salesperson was Mackenzie Pirman whom "restored my faith in dealerships". He was AWESOME! He was very courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and very patient with my husband and I. The service was friendly and HONEST, which we were not used too in the car buying process. Mr. Pirman went over the features of our car and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with knowing how to use the features. I am definitely a HONDA customer for LIFE. I Love my Civic!!! Also I wanted to mention Robert, parts manager whom also was very patient while offering great add-on features for my car. I can't remember or financial manager's name but the young lady whom did our contract also was very courteous, patient and slowly went over the extra insurance and maintenance plans. We ended up buying the maintenance plan. The entire staff deserves to be mentioned because someone was always offering help or assistance to me and my family.
