Service department is the worse in the world I made an appointment to have inside lights and body molding installed. I was quoted a price but after the completion I was charged about $400 more th I made an appointment to have inside lights and body molding installed. I was quoted a price but after the completion I was charged about $400 more the parts. I had looked up the parts online before scheduling my appointment. I was quoted a higher price while on the phone with the parts department at Bryan. I informed the parts department of the price I saw online from a Honda parts store, I was told that I would be charged the same price as I saw online. After the service was completed I ended up paying $400 more dollars and the difference was in the price of the parts. I also waited about 6 hours for a three hour job. When I received a follow up call a few days later I told the young lady about my situation. She informed me that a manger would call me soon. I am still waiting for a service manager to call me about the situation. It happened in July so I am sure someone will call any day now. Avoid the service department but the sales staff is great. Just get your car serviced at another dealership. More
