Professional I received a call from Joe Davis a few days prior to the scheduled day for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership with my family and Joe already ha I received a call from Joe Davis a few days prior to the scheduled day for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership with my family and Joe already had some information for me in regards to the truck we purchased and was honest if he did not have an answer for us. We noticed that he was still assisting previous customers, but not blowing us off either. That shows us that he is committed to customer satisfaction. It would have been nice to leave the lot with a full tank of gas, but the dealership wouldn't allow it because it was a used vehicle and not a Honda. The hill in the back of the dealership really helped us decide whether or not we were going to get such a big truck with 4 wheel drive. More
