My husband and I are irate! There is no reason for them to do this to people. Don't let Jeremy Vick or Rick Harvatin talk you into anything! They are full of crap. More

The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we A year ago my wife and I purchased a pre-owned Honda Pilot from Jeremy Vick and had a great experience. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for and have enjoyed it over the past year. However, due to a recent trip to Florida we felt that the Pilot did not provide the accessibility to the back of the vehicle to assist with the care of two younger kids. Jeremy brought up that the Honda Odyssey would be the best fit for us. He showed us on that blew my wife away since she is not a "VAN" person. Between Jeremy and T-Rex they were able to sell my wife on the Odyssey and purchased a new one. We came the next day and picked up it dubbing the Odyssey as not a VAN but a NAV (Neighborhood Assault Vehicle). Thanks for all your help Jeremy and T-Rex. Great job!! We will be in again when we are ready for another purchase. More

Lots of pressure, no niceties, demands and also insulting - we walked out it was so bad. Luckily we found that what we wanted was also at Bryan Honda (even though the other dealership had lied and told us that they had the only vehicle like it in the state). We couldn't have had a more different experience at Bryan Honda. Antonio was so nice and didn't pressure us at all. He and G. A. made us comfortable and very happy. James in financing was also extremely nice and took the time to answer all of our questions (even the dumb ones). Even all the other people there were nice to us while we waited! I NEVER thought I would have a pleasant experience buying a vehicle - but Bryan Honda was a dream come true!! I would highly recommend them!! More
One and Done Dealership Has turned out to be the most disappointing transaction of my life. I have never felt more like a number and insignificant beginning with the salesper Has turned out to be the most disappointing transaction of my life. I have never felt more like a number and insignificant beginning with the salesperson, (Leonard McGrue) all the way up to the GM, (Tim Rousell) Pretty much this is a one and done dealership. My husband and I went in on July 4th, by the time we signed off on everything it was 8:30 at night, 2 hours after closing. It was so late I told Leonard we would come back the next day but he insisted on closing that night. No one was there to detail the cars, yes we bought two, and it was so late we could not do a proper inspection. The following day my husband noticed in his car there was a cut in the steering wheel. He called Leonard to tell him about it, Leonard said they would take care of it when we brought it in to have it detailed. When we brought it in for detailing Leonard discovered some defects in the paint on the hood and roof. The dealership kept it for over a week and told us that they were going to repaint it. We told them this was unacceptable and finally they decided to switch out the vehicle for another. We had to re-sign all the finance paperwork on a Saturday with Jay Brown, (Jay eluded to the fact that we were the ones who damaged the car and brought it back expecting a new one) that was 6 weeks ago.The collateral on the new loan is not correct, it reflects the VIN number from the original car. My husband has called almost daily to Honda Finance, he has been into the dealership twice to resolve the issue, and I called the GM. I initially spoke to Tim Rousell but he had his assistant call me back and say it will be resolved in 24 hours. You couldn't give me the courtesy of calling yourself Tim? Thank you Bryan Honda for making me hate my car now, I can't wait to trade it. More
