Successful and Fast I went into the dealership stressed and with no hope, because I had been to other dealerships and left with nothing but a headache. Think 10 times before you drive to this dealer I sent an email with another dealer's quote to check if they can match the price. Mr. Phillips Bunn called me to tell that he can beat the other deale I sent an email with another dealer's quote to check if they can match the price. Mr. Phillips Bunn called me to tell that he can beat the other dealer by $1000. I confirmed with him twice to make sure I'm hearing the right thing and he assured me. My family and I was excited and we all went all the way from Raleigh to Fayetteville. When we reached the dealership he took us for a test drive. And then he rushed us through the quote and had us sign it. Once signed he immediately took the quote away and started to get our information to start the financing paperwork. When he was distracted talking to someone my wife got her hand on the quote and we noticed that his quote was infact $5000 over the other dealer!!! HE WAS TRYING TO CHEAT US!! When we asked him about it he tried convincing us that his quote was in fact better than other quote... Are you serious?? How can paying $5000 more is a better deal.. he still continued arguing that he was beating the other dealer.. When I showed him the other quote again and he said that he cannot match that price. And after that he was extremely rude... and asked us to just leave and go to the other dealer.. We would have gone straight to the other dealer if he had told us the truth on the phone. Not make us drive 4 hours to see this BS. Here are sample quotes Other Dealer's quote MSRP $27000 Discount $3000 Tax $700 Tag etc $500 Total OTD price $25200 Mr. Phillips' Quote MSRP+everything $30200 Down payment $6000 Total OTD price $24200 Note how he included our downpayment in the OTD price equation.. This is how he gave us the so called "great" deal. Stay away from this dealership. And I think Mr. Bunn needs either math classes or mental healthcare. More
