I love my new car! After not having a car payment for more than 8 years, Darius Hopkins made making such a commitment as pleasant as possible. I had some issues with the service department in the past, and was hesitant to go back to Bryan Honda, but I am glad I gave the sales department a shot. I had a remote start installed a couple of days after the purchase of my new baby, and the service department kept my vehicle longer than expected. A quick call to Darius and I was in a rental until my car was ready. I had an issue after I got my car back, and again, Darius was there to make it better when the service department was lacking. (I'm sure he got tired of my phone calls, but if he did, he didn't show it) THANK YOU DARIUS!! More

Jeremy was so kind and patient with me and my family so that I could drive away with a car that day. I felt good that I was at the right place to get a great car. Jeremy stayed with me from the beginning until I drove off the lot in my new car. Not to mention, the business manager was excellent, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile so that everything would be taken care of. I walked away from Bryan Honda feeling confident, satisfied, but most of all happy of the excellent service I received from them. Easy and Pleasant Buying Experience My wife and I traveled from Calabash, NC to Bryan Honda and were quite impressed and pleased with our car (Honda Pilot) buying experience with Mark Ho My wife and I traveled from Calabash, NC to Bryan Honda and were quite impressed and pleased with our car (Honda Pilot) buying experience with Mark Holman. Almost all car salesmen have knowledge about the vehicles they are selling. Very few come across like Mark and make you feel like you're buying from someone you've know for years. When pricing my trade in, he showed me the computer screen and we went thru the steps together. His pricing was within $100 of the homework I did to put a value on our trade in. He showed me the price for the Pilot, minus the trade in and ask where he needed to be. I told him the price we wanted to pay and within a few minutes we had a deal within $500 of our original budget. The color that we wanted was not on the lot so Mark said Bryan would find one and he'd deliver it to us in Calabash, about 100 miles from the dealership. That was a Friday. Mark called the next day and said he'd be at our house on Sunday afternoon with the Pilot. Not only did we make a friend, we bought a vehicle at the price we wanted and had it delivered to our house. Before we left the dealership on Friday, Mark made sure we knew where some good places for lunch were located. Maybe not a big deal, but that's something we've never experienced from a car dealership before. I would highly recommend Mark Holman at Bryan Honda if your looking for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed. More
