Use our van service to get to work they said Tried to get my free oil change with me new 2016 van as promised. Come in at 7:45 and our van will take you to work they say... So I get there (after I make a the necessary arrangements to get out of my house 30 minutes early and I arrange a ride to get back to Honda after work) anyway I get there and they say "oh are van is full it will be back in an hour". Then my service rep laughs and says your car will be ready by then. Not so funny as I am a preschool teacher and need to be at work at 8:30 not 9:30. Also tried to sell me a tire rotation although gave me no reason why I wouldn't wait for the normal scheduled one. Really disappointed. More

This young man, Clifton Oates, was very nice and extremely helpful. I told him my needs and we started touring cars in the show room. As soon as we got in the Honda Civic, I knew it was the car for me. This gracious young man worked very diligently to get the best finance to fit my needs. He also showed me around and introduced me to others, as if I was becoming part of the Bryan Honda family. I had some issues with the service department in the past, and was hesitant to go back to Bryan Honda, but I am glad I gave the sales department a shot. I had a remote start installed a couple of days after the purchase of my new baby, and the service department kept my vehicle longer than expected. A quick call to Darius and I was in a rental until my car was ready. I had an issue after I got my car back, and again, Darius was there to make it better when the service department was lacking. (I'm sure he got tired of my phone calls, but if he did, he didn't show it) THANK YOU DARIUS!! More
