Excellent service for warranty repair My daughter's 2008 Civic Hybrid had been giving us a check engine code for the hybrid battery. I called early Monday morning and Jessica (I believe My daughter's 2008 Civic Hybrid had been giving us a check engine code for the hybrid battery. I called early Monday morning and Jessica (I believe) was very courteous and prompt, and informed me I could drop it off at my convenience. When I arrived, I spoke with J.R. and told him I was in no rush, and asked that the technician Brock Horton be the person to look at the car. He assured me Brock would do it and corrected some misinformation in my account. Brock called me later in the day to keep me updated on the car's progress. A part had to be ordered, so a slight delay was expected. Brock called me once the car was completed and assured me everything was as it should be. J.R. called me as well, and he let me know it would be OK if my daughter picked up the vehicle (as it's in my name). When my daughter got home, she let me know everyone there was super nice and the car was good to go again. My family and I have purchased many cars from Bryan Honda over the years and have always had great experiences from everyone we've interacted with. Everyone from sales, service, parts, and techs have always gone above and beyond to make sure my family and I have been taken care of.
