AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! NO INTEGRITY!! As a medical professional and a veteran of the United States Air Force integrity is a core value. A core value that many in the Fayetteville area share because of the association with the military base. However, Bryan Honda of Fayetteville lacks such values, if they have any at all. They are driven by the dollar and sold my 90 year old grandfather, an army veteran himself, a 3 year old used van that is going to cost him $40,000+ in financing. My grandfather suffers from old age and the beginning stages of dementia. He went in for a repair of his current vehicle and was preyed upon by salesman Mark Wilkins. He inked a bogus deal on a used car because he obviously knew he could take advantage of such a frail individual. NO INTEGRITY!! Manager Tim Roussell was made aware of the atrocity and responded that they "don't care whether you are 9 or 90". NO INTEGRITY!! That is their mentality, no sense of professionalism. Their willingness to respond and rectify the situation was minimal, evasive, non-chalant, disrespectful and down right LACKED INTEGRITY!! We all know that just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. We all learned this life lesson in kindergarten. But this is how Bryan Honda does business. I encourage everyone, but specifically all my medical professionals and any military members or their family to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! Can you imagine my family's outrage?? Can you imagine your own family's outrage?? What would you do if someone purposely took advantage, preyed upon and ultimately hurt the livelihood of your elderly parent or grandparent??
