Horrible Purchased a certified pre owned Honda Civic. It is not worth the paper it is written on. I have had multiple tire problems since I purchased the car 7 Purchased a certified pre owned Honda Civic. It is not worth the paper it is written on. I have had multiple tire problems since I purchased the car 7 weeks ago. It started the night I drove it home. After the 4th issue I called the service department. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution in 48 hours. A week later, I had to call them only for the snotty service manager to state that its required to have 5/32 tread on the tires to meet the certification. 5/32 is not much and barely met the requirement. He refused to help rectify the situation stating they lost money on our sale. Take that up with the sales folks and not the buyer. They did not forward the complete loan package to the bank. The bank called and harassed us for a week trying to get the information. Called Bryan Honda multiple times to get this rectified to no avail. We completed all the information for the bank again. The car battery was dead upon arrival. The windows of the car was smeared with some gunk. I had to buy denatured alcohol to clean the crap off the windows so I could see to drive. Horrible. Go to Lumberton or Sanford. More

I told him I wanted a civic and immediately we went out and showed me the features and driving experience of a 20 I went to Bryan Honda and met Shawn. Excellent customer service I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring on 17 July at Bryan Honda. I was looking to trade in my 2012 Pilot EX-L. When I first became interested in purcha I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring on 17 July at Bryan Honda. I was looking to trade in my 2012 Pilot EX-L. When I first became interested in purchasing a new Honda, Deja Brooks was the first person I'd been in contact with initially via e-mail and then she followed up with a phone call. She was very friendly and helpful. On the day that I decided to go the dealership, Shawn Walker was the first person who greeted me and my husband when we walked into the dealership. He was also very friendly, helpful, and listened to what I wanted. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and how the different features worked. He made us feel comfortable and didn't put any pressure on us in purchasing the vehicle because I told him I wanted to think about it overnight. When I came back the next day to purchase the vehicle, the process was very seamless. The dealership also was able to transfer the running boards from my old Honda to the new one. Shawn even took the time to help me connect my phone to the vehicle. I would have no problem recommending Shawn Walker and Bryan Honda in purchasing a vehicle. More

Satisfied Customer I had the privilege of working with Joe Davis and the team at Bryan Honda. My situation was a little different in that I was traveling down south from New England specifically to get a reliable car that had not seen years of snow/salt damage from the harsh winters in the north. That being said, I had to do most of my research online and via the phone since I only had limited time to pick up a car and drive it home. I found the right vehicle for me and my family at Byran Honda and Joe was instrumental helping me shop. He even went so far as to take out his cell phone and give me a video tour of the SUV I was interested in and text it to on the spot. When I arrived, I was happy with and impressed by the professionalism and customer service that was displayed by everyone at the dealership.
