They even made an announcement over the intercom and applauded our purchase of a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. We got the car we wanted at the payment and a negotiated price that neither ourselves and the dealer was satisfied with, which is how you made a good purchase. My only complaint was be how long it took us to get to the business office. The wait for that portion of the transaction was somewhat disappointing especially since everything else had been above and beyond. Our sales representative Mr. Clifton Oates was awesome! After my vehicle was total, we spoke with Susan about visiting the dealership and what deals they were offering. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, especially about the two for one deal. Unfortunately, Susan wasn't there the day we went to the dealership, since we didn't plan to do that.
