My wife wanted to check out the CR-V and Pilot after three other dealerships. Since I ran into Ron, he changed my view on how the bryan honda used to be. He was laid back and let us be for enough time to discuss and try out different vehicles without interruption until we actually decided to do the business on one 2015 pilot. His focus was not the benefit of dealership or his personal reputation but the interest of customer and how satisfied we were. The negotiation process with price wasn't painful as the other dealerships, and Ron was more of a listener than a pushing sales person.
