Excellent customer service I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring on 17 July at Bryan Honda. I was looking to trade in my 2012 Pilot EX-L. When I first became interested in purcha I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring on 17 July at Bryan Honda. I was looking to trade in my 2012 Pilot EX-L. When I first became interested in purchasing a new Honda, Deja Brooks was the first person I'd been in contact with initially via e-mail and then she followed up with a phone call. She was very friendly and helpful. On the day that I decided to go the dealership, Shawn Walker was the first person who greeted me and my husband when we walked into the dealership. He was also very friendly, helpful, and listened to what I wanted. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and how the different features worked. He made us feel comfortable and didn't put any pressure on us in purchasing the vehicle because I told him I wanted to think about it overnight. When I came back the next day to purchase the vehicle, the process was very seamless. The dealership also was able to transfer the running boards from my old Honda to the new one. Shawn even took the time to help me connect my phone to the vehicle. I would have no problem recommending Shawn Walker and Bryan Honda in purchasing a vehicle. More
