Disappointed All sales people were extremely nice. We purchase a 2015 CRV EX with fabric interior. The driver's seat cover wasn't sewn down and left with a raw e All sales people were extremely nice. We purchase a 2015 CRV EX with fabric interior. The driver's seat cover wasn't sewn down and left with a raw edge, extremely tacky and cheap looking. (Even those working at the dealership agreed and were shocked.) I found the defect after dropping something beside the console. I phoned and was asked to bring it back to the shop. The foreman ordered a new seat cover; after looking at some of the others on the lot. They too, were loose, but not to the extent ours was. We were finally told that it appears to be a factory engineering defect, since so many others have the same issue. After waiting three weeks for the new cover to be installed; the car left the shop looking worse than it did when we brought it in. The only "fix" was to have it covered with leather. After waiting three weeks to hear from someone in management and the factory rep, we finally gave up and took it to a local detail shop and paid for the repair ourselves, which also meant having to cover all the rest of the interior. We purchased the 2015 the last week in December, reported the defect towards the end of January and still haven't had a phone call. The sales manager said Bryan would NOT pay for the leather installation. We never asked nor expected for them to reimburse us for the cost of leather. However; the least they could do is pay for the cost of covering the driver's seat in fabric, or arranged for us to get the leather at their cost, since we used the same detail shop they use. An "extra" could have been offered to be put on our car that would have been the equivalent of the cost of the seat......a gas card, ANYTHING. Funny they had the money to give out Honda mowers and generators during this same time period, but could offer absolutely nothing for our defect and the stress of dealing with recovering a brand new vehicle due to Honda's apparent downgrade in products used when building their cars. I would love to give Bryan Honda an excellent review and left the night we purchased our car feeling so impressed. How very disappointing in what should have been a joyful experience. More

Excellent service I was going to buy a car today and went to a few dealers in the area. I walked out of the Nissan dealership due to lack of knowledge and unwillingness I was going to buy a car today and went to a few dealers in the area. I walked out of the Nissan dealership due to lack of knowledge and unwillingness to deal. They lost a car over $900. It was the complete opposite at Bryan Honda and with Shawn Walker. He knew everything about the car and what he didn't know he found out for me. He was professional, funny, and a joy to work with. I can't recommend him enough!! More
