Missing articles from car-terrible customer service Our car was brought in for recall service and needed to be left for two weeks. Upon leaving car we were not given any work order to sign. There were $200 sunglasses and $400 watch left in the car along with other items. When picking up car, all the items in the car were carelessly thrown in a pile in the back of the car. After going through everything we discovered the watch and sunglasses were missing. After speaking numerous time to service manager and general manager, they informed us that they were not going to do anything about they being missing and that we had no proof that they were in the car when we left it. They said they were not liable and the work order that we signed said that they were not liable for personal items. Tim, general manager, was unwilling to assist in any kind of compromise for a resolution to the matter. I am shocked that a business would treat our military members in this way! Customer service is non-existent in the service or managerial staff of this establishment. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated as valued customer!!!! More

Great Experience Working with Former Serviceman Ron is a retired Army soldier and I am a retired Air Force Airman. I felt really comfortable working with Ron to purchase my new pre-owned Honda Ridge Ron is a retired Army soldier and I am a retired Air Force Airman. I felt really comfortable working with Ron to purchase my new pre-owned Honda Ridgeline. We shared some of our military experiences. From the moment I arrived there was no high pressure. He gave me the keys and I went out to inspect the car and look under the hood on my own. When Ron joined me he thoroughly explained the details of the vehicle that I wasn't familiar with. Then he took me for a short 4-wheel drive test run to demonstrate the stability of this unit body construction. I was impressed at how well the Honda handled when I compared it to my former Ford Explorer Sportrac. Needless to say that after attending auto shows in DC and hear and visiting auto dealers in Virginia and North Carolina, my experience at Bryan Honda was great and they had just the vehicle I was looking for. This place disgusts me!!! This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my vehicle to their clueless service dept in which I was told they couldnt even check This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my vehicle to their clueless service dept in which I was told they couldnt even check my car until I did some suggested fix that I knew was not even an issue. My car stayed here for a month while they guessed on what my diagnosis was. I spent so much money on unnecessary repairs after they assured me of a problem n it was never it. After 1 1/2 months, I finally have my vehicle and also it was returned with parts broken and all. After speaking with the sorry management, I was cursed at and spoken to so rudely that I contacted HONDA AMERICA. This place doesnt care and the customers need to speak up and stop letting them get away with the ripping off of customers. Also, after all of this, the issue still isnt resolved. I spent close to $1150 and they tried to charge an additional almost $900 when they didnt even know the issue. They returned my vehicle with broken parts after being in their possession and did not bother to explain what happened until I questioned them. More
