Wow...I have been buying cars for 30 years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did with Ron Garcia at Bryan Honda. This was bad for me because I have a daily work commute to Cary, not to mention the headache of spending a ton of money in gas every week. I was driving down Raeford road and at this point my car would not accelerate pass 30 mph. I was so afraid I pulled into Bryan Honda. I met Joe Davis he was professional and made my car buying experience pleasurable from beginning to end. He listened to my wants and needs and didn't pressure me into purchasing a car. Words can not express my gratitude based on his excellent performance, dedication and sense of humor. He is a man of honor full of intelligent. Right from the moment I told him what I needed, he took it as a challenge and make a tour of the car lots with me in order to see various cars, their prices and performances. He worked with me tirelessly on the first day and since I can not make up my mind, and the time was against me, he schedule me for an appointment the next day which was another busy day. He called me several times until I was able to visit his office. He made me change my mind to buy a bigger and more expensive car due to his sense of humor and ability to persuade me. He never pressure me nor tired of my inability to make up my mind. He discharge his duty beyond the point of call. He never waver in his ability to make me see the different and quality between the cars that I chose to buy. He took me round the whole premises to see various departments i.e. Customer sitting area, cashiers window, service areas, mechanical, body work, administrative to mention few. He took his time to explain the functions of every part of the accessories in the car. He offered me drinks intermittently while I was there and never felt boring all the time the paper work was in progress. No matter what gratification or bonus he might received from the sales, his effort triple that. I bought three cars from Honda within two years and 'am so proud of the services they've rendered to me. I found a vehicle online that I wanted, I was looking for a specific vehicle that I had been reviewing, Went there and the car I wanted was sold while I was there, the sales people are very friendly so I kep a specific vehicle that I had been reviewing, Went there and the car I wanted was sold while I was there, the sales people are very friendly so I kept checking back with them on their used midsize SUV's. A few months later I saw one on their website again and asked them to run my stuff for it, they said it was too old and to find something else. I was told the bank said anything above a certain year, anything under a certain amount of miles and anything under a set price. We found a few more but settled on one finally that was within what they said the bank would give us a loan for, I had a bad experience with a past dealership scam so I informed them every time I visited their showroom that I would not drive off the lot unless it was mine. Well me and my husband went there, traded in my car, switched insurance, went in to see the finance manager and when signing the last page was told, "ok when we get a bank signed on to your loan we will let you know", of course then I got worried and both sales person and finance manager assured me he wouldn't be writing up this paperwork if he didn't think I had it. Well almost two and a half weeks later, after I had fallen head over heels for this new vehicle they called back and said I needed to put money down, I told them we couldn't with all we spent on our children's Christmas, they called back and said we would have to bring back the car. Not only were we lied to by numerous people, they dropped my credit score which wasn't perfect already by almost 100 points within three weeks of trying to get a vehicle from them. I have been getting denial letters with the only reason of being denied is because too many recent inquiries. So now not only do I not have the car I was promised but now have to wait about 6 months for my credit score to clear up. I am a very angry customer, I think they are friendly but like every salesperson only tell you what they think you want to hear. Lets just say I wont be back there again and I hope people that don't have a reasonable down payment or more than good credit waste their time there also. More
