I was in the process of moving from California to North Carolina, so I had to work out a deal over the phone/email. This was my first car buying experience and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Ron gave me the best quote, and after shopping around at several other dealerships, I came back to him because his quote beat everyone else. He also was able to give me a very low interest rate (0.9%) while other Honda dealers in Raleigh wouldn't give me lower than 4% simply because it was my first time buying a car (although I do have excellent credit history). The whole process was hassle free and I am very pleased with the car I purchased and the customer service I received from Ron.
