I drove into service to get my oil changed. All the customer service people were at their desk. No one move to help me. I had to get out of my car and go in they looked at me, I said something and I wa customer service people were at their desk. No one move to help me. I had to get out of my car and go in they looked at me, I said something and I was told to wait by this lady who had her head down. She finally assisted me. I went to the waiting area. She did not come back to update me on the service. She came to tell me that it was ready. She did not tell me anything about the service done on my car, I read it and asked her about it, because there were some red areas on it. So, no I was not happy with the service I received. I am ok with the oil change. More
