Responsive, Practical, Innovative We were on our way from Skaneateles, Ny (Finger Lakes) to Myrtle Beach for Christmas break when, in the midst of a downpour, our 2012 Honda Pilot bega We were on our way from Skaneateles, Ny (Finger Lakes) to Myrtle Beach for Christmas break when, in the midst of a downpour, our 2012 Honda Pilot began chugging and dashboard lit up. We overnighted in Dunn and caught a ride with AAA to Bryan Honda the next day. Enthusiastically friendly and communicative staff from service to sales. While we waited on diagnosis for our car, got into a conversation with Joe Davis about what was available on the lot. In the ongoing downpour, Joe served up a few different versions of replacement vehicles (new Pilots and older). We wanted the older style since it was better for hauling and family. Honda had switched over their Pilot style to be more contoured between model years 2015 and 2016. Joe found us a 2015 with low mileage, got us to test drive. Although it didn't have all of the features of our 2012, it had everything we needed. 4 hours after we arrived, we were driving it to Myrtle Beach. Joe worked the strings and made it happen. His positive attitude and rolling sense of humor made getting a new family vehicle a fantastic experience. We're still working together to finalize paperwork and Joe continues to drive the process with clear and frequent communication. Although we live in northern New York State I'd consider buying from Joe and Bryan Honda again. The experience was, and continues to be professional and enjoyable. TC Wingfield More
We came into Bryan Honda to get a recall fixed on our 2012 Odyssey. Ended up looking around the lot and Andrea offered to help us look at trade in options. It’s a Honda dealership which is a plus. Unfortunately the only Honda dealership in Fayetteville so your choices are limited. Upon first calling I had a an unhelpful female who didn’t listen and just quot the only Honda dealership in Fayetteville so your choices are limited. Upon first calling I had a an unhelpful female who didn’t listen and just quoted prices. Not happy with that interaction I “chatted” with someone wonderful who said they’d have the service manager call me with my concerns. I got a voicemail from him touting their experience with the repairs needed and he didn’t “understand where the confusion was “. The confusion being his rep not being able to answer any of my questions and only quote prices. I drop my car off, get a call quoting $224.98, authorize the repairs, get a bill of $251.**, with no itemization of labor, just a $180.00 labor charge for a job that was supposed to be between 0.2-0.4 mins per the Honda TSB. Unfortunately I needed the Honda dealership for a software update but would not have been my first option as it hasn’t been. And I really hate that to be the case because I really wanted to get worked back into that fold because of genuine parts, and the relationship my household has with a GMC dealership for our other unwarrantied repairs on our GMC vehicle. More
This visit was the worst I’ve had at this dealership. Was not told it would be a 2 hr wait to check a tire. Not only did I wait 2 hrs before being that I needed a new tire because it couldn’t be repaired. Th not told it would be a 2 hr wait to check a tire. Took tire to a tire sales & service. They repaired the tire for $22.70. Saved me about $180. More
