Customer Service I was interested in buying a 2020 Chevy Traverse. Two individuals in sales worked on building a car (a paper invoice), because they could not locate o I was interested in buying a 2020 Chevy Traverse. Two individuals in sales worked on building a car (a paper invoice), because they could not locate one to my specs. They built one and a few days later I decided to add two additional items to the car. I called the sales person and they told me they would have to rebuild the car and would call me back with the new price. I had to call them back since I did not hear anything from them after two days. Come to find out they lost my folder and paperwork and I had to reiterate what I wanted on the car. I actually provided them with a photo copy of the original invoice and options that I wanted. They said they would call me back in a few hours and again I had to give them a call back the next day. They finally sent me a copy of the invoice and it was incorrect. I never received a call back from either of the sale persons. I feel that they were not interested in making a sale so I decided to go with another car dealer. More

2018 silverado shaking My 2018 silverado shakes at 72 mph and the dealer said I would be charged with a balance of 4 wheels. There was an issue with the truck before with the front end which was not GMs fault which was repaired by the dealer. The shake is a known problem with the Silverados which the dealer denies.
