Great Service Called Buchanan up as I thought I had a rear leaking brake line and needed to get my Ford Explorer in and serviced quickly. They took my vehicle right away, found out the issue was actually a leaking rear heater / ac coolant line which they took car of. They also was able to include a PA inspection and oil change on short notice while they had my SUV, all of this was very much appreciated. This is my second purchase at Buchanan, both times we purchased a GMC Acadia Denali.. 2015 and now 2018. Love this vehicle. Our first experience was with Jerry Edmondson, great person as well. Buchanan should be proud of both these individuals. That being said, I did have an issue with Mike, the general manager/assistant manager, not sure which position he holds. He needs better skills at talking to individuals on the phone in a more positive and friendly way. As Ron Clark says: "Negativity spreads.. So as a leader, your job description is to be in a good mood. That's the most important thing." We do think we resolved our differences and we will move on from there. More
