I dealt with multiple people which was also confusing. I didn' tknow i was that much man that it takes multiple sales reps . Joking aside, you just need to cater to the buyer. If he is there to buy a car that day then help him do that. If he /she is there to just browse for a future car then let them browse. Don't try to brow beat them into submission with some sort of trickery or "fast talking, smooth talking. It was just probably the most awkard car dealership i've ever experienced. Mainly because i was just there to look at cars for 15 minutes and the people involved with me would not let me do that. You can't force a car on people and even if you could , you shouldn't because it's wrong. Maybe try asking them if they are looking to buy a car that exact day or if they are just in the market for something down the road. That should help you not pressure someone if they arne't there to buy a car, because i definitely wasn't but i know yall wanted me to drive away with one. It was just too pushy and wayyyy overboard. I don't want to say rude because i don't believe anyone was purposefully trying to step on my toes, but i don't think anyone was also intentionally looking out for my well being or concerned with why i was there. I said i was just there to look "REAL QUICK" and real quick turned into 3 and a half hours and i didn't even get to check out the cars by myself which was sort of hurtful and i feel unprofessional. No blame, no offense taken but i just won't be buying a car there....ever.
