Back to Buchanan This makes my 3rd vehicle purchased from Buchanan, and just like my previous experiences, Buchanan makes the car-buying experience so easy. The sal This makes my 3rd vehicle purchased from Buchanan, and just like my previous experiences, Buchanan makes the car-buying experience so easy. The salesman, Ryan Christian, was actually juggling three customers at the same time, but kept each customer moving along in the sales process so that we weren't just sitting around waiting. I was impressed with how he was able to juggle all of the work without letting anything fall or be neglected. The financing process went very smoothly, and I would say the whole process from first walking on the lot to driving home in my new car was about 3 hours. That's actually not bad considering how many vehicles I looked at, and factor in the time for my test drive, I was probably only sitting in the dealership for around 2 hours. I will say that the reason for my 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star was that the dealer neglected to fill the gas tank, which was a first, and I had to stop and fill the tank on my way home. And the next day it rained, and when I turned on the wipers, the passenger side wiper's rubber started peeling off, so I stopped by an auto parts store to replace all of the wipers. Beyond those small things, I enjoyed my experience and will probably return to Buchanan in the future. More
